Jimmy Carr jokes that Chrissie Swan is a ‘MILF” on The Project as he announces Australia tour

Jimmy Carr had The Project panel in hysterics last night as he called Chrissie Swan a “MILF” while promoting his new Australian tour.

The British comedian said he was looking forward to coming Down Under next summer to make the most of the good weather.

“I’m not a dummy, I tour Australia in February and March, right? Because in Great Britain in February and March it’s cold and wet and windy and awful. In Australia, in February and March, every day is a MILF. 44 and bloody hot!”

As Waleed Aly and the other co-hosts laughed, Jimmy then turned his attention to Chrissie, who had a croaky voice after a night of excitement at the Logies.

“Speaking of MILFs, though, what is the matter with her voice?” he joked.

”Because it sounds like The Project are doing an seance and that is a voice from the other side.”

Chrissie seemed to find Jimmy's joke rather funny

Chrissie, 48, admitted that she did sound as if she was “possessed”, but batted off any suggestion she was hungover after showbiz’s night of nights.

“Booze wasn’t involved,” she insisted.

Jimmy Carr will tour Australia next year.
