Game of Thrones showrunners reveal why Jon Snow has a ‘tiny pecker’

GAME of Thrones fans know that for all his wonderful qualities, Jon Snow is lacking in the downstairs department. Now we know why.

GAME of Thrones fans would be well aware the Jon Snow isn’t exactly “packing” in the downstairs department.

In a scene featuring Snow’s naked corpse, a Thrones character looks at Snow’s body and later jokes: “What kind of god would have a pecker that small?”

So why did the creators of the show feel it was necessary to burden Kit Harington’s character with less than impressive manhood?

“There has to be some downside to being Kit Harington, right?” joked showrunners David Benioff and D. B. Weiss to Esquire.

“It seems only fair. He’s handsome, talented, smart, and so decent to the core that it’s impossible not to like him. Maddening. The one thing we can do is saddle his character with a tiny pecker.”

The on-screen joke about Jon Snow’s ”tiny pecker” is the result of years of behind the scenes pranks that Harington has pulled on the showrunners.

According to his Game of Thrones co-star, Alfie Allen, Harington would steal David Benioff and D. B. Weiss’s phones and would send “disgusting, distasteful, and hilarious” text messages to their contacts.

But despite the fact they killed off Jon Snow at the end of season five, the show’s creators later brought him back to life and it’s clear they’ve got much love for both the character and Harington.

“It takes real strength of character not to let being Kit Harington turn you into an a**hole,” the showrunners told Esquire.

“And in the past eight years, Kit has not taken a single step in that direction”.
