Sophie Monk's emotional Bardot confession

Sophie Monk has recreated her most iconic TV appearance.

20 years ago, a baby-faced Monk was a guest on Channel 7’s Greeks on the Roof, which was hosted by Effie (aka Mary Coustas).

During the interview, Monk showed off a rather unique talent … playing two recorders through her nostrils.

The performance, which is available to watch on YouTube, was hailed by Junkee as “one of the best moments in Australian television”.

Monk recently dropped into news.com.au for an interview to promote her role as an ambassador for [yellow tail], with a major advertising campaign called ‘Easy to Love’ set to launch on October 8.

And we couldn’t help but ask if she would be willing to recreate the performance 20 years later.

Being the legend that she is, Monk agreed, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park.

You can watch her performance in the video player above.

Sophie Monk, you are a national treasure.
