Former Neighbours star Mark Little now unrecognisable
A former Neighbours star looks almost unrecognisable from his years spent playing Joe Mangel on the long-running Aussie soap opera.
A former Neighbours star looked almost unrecognisable from his time appearing on the hit Aussie soap opera.
Mark Little, best known for playing fan favourite Joe Mangel, first played the role from 1988 to 1991, returned in 2005, before reprising it one last time for the soap’s finale last year, reports The Sun.
During his time on the show, the actor appeared with short hair and a clean-shaven look.
But now he’s sporting a big bushy grey beard and long wavy silver locks:
Mark was seen on Saturday (June 17) talking about all things cricket on the BBC in the UK.
The 63-year-old had joined cricket commentator Jonathan Agnew on the View from the Boundary podcast to talk about his career, playing cricket, and his role in Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
A third wrote: “It was lovely to hear Mark. Neighbours greatly helped me when I went to meet my then-in-laws. I could correctly identify a Ute a mile away!”
“Thank you both for a very enjoyable View from the Boundary,” said a fourth.
A fifth penned: “Really enjoyed this chat, fascinating, thank you! (And yes, I watched Neighbours).”
Since leaving the soap, Mark moved to the Welsh countryside near Lake Vyrnwy in Powys.
He married his collaborator, Cath Farr, and they had two sons, stand-up comedian Angus H Little and musician Jasper Valentine.
