THE NOVA boys are at it again, but this time they've teamed up with a goat, a Psy look-alike and a sweat-shop of social media experts for their latest YouTube video.
Fitzy & Wippa, are the new faces of YouTube Comedy Week Australia which kicks off today, and have released their latest YouTube video, How to make a successful YouTube video.
The radio funnymen are stoked to be involved in the event, with big wigs such as Ricky Gervais, Arnold Schwarzenegger and comedian Sarah Silverman fronting the campaign internationally.
"Ricky Gervais is such a big fan of ours", Wippa tells news.com.au.
"He's always trying to get air time on our show, it's getting kind of annoying".
The brekkie radio show host admitted he's only been the face of one other thing before: "The doona suit. It's the competition to the snuggy. So, that's on the resume."
The inaugural comedy week will host hordes of hilarious videos, celebrating contributors to YouTube and quality online content.
"We're pretty ecstatic that a couple of basic blokes who are seldom funny can be featured in YouTube Comedy Week in Australia. Thumbs up. Like," the pair said.
No strangers to viral videos themselves, the wild duo has had a number of YouTube crackers, including Aussie Battler Style and Call Me Maybe Aussie Blokes Version, both of which landed in YouTube Australia's top 10 most watched for 2012.
"When I see that our main competition is some dude called Psy and cats I begin to wonder what we're doing", Wippa admits.
They now also have their very own channel on YouTube, where all their new videos will live.
But what does Wippa think makes for a sure YouTube winner? "I'll get back to you once I've got a cat riding a goat."
Now that's a viral sensation right there.
