The singer took to social media to address fan concerns about her recent dramatic weight loss to reveal a tragic diagnosis.

Bhad Bhabie, 21, suggests she has cancer as she addresses weight-loss concerns

US rapper Bhad Bhabie suggested she has cancer while addressing concerns about her recent weight loss.

The “Gucci Flip Flops” rapper, 21, sparked confusion among her fans Thursday after posting about taking medication for cancer on her Instagram Story.

“I’m Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight,” she wrote. “Im slowly gaining it back. So stop running w the worst narratives.”

A family source told TMZ that the influencer was not exaggerating and she does, in fact, have cancer and is being treated by doctors. Details on the type and stage of disease are still unclear.

Bhabie, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, made the puzzling statement after her followers speculated about her slimmed-down frame last month.

“Bro ozempic got her,” one netizen wrote below a photo that the OnlyFans creator posted on

“Can’t ‘catch’ her out side nomo might slip through your fingers,” another wrote, quoting Bhabie’s viral phrase from her 2016 appearance on “Dr. Phil.”

Others suggested she had lost weight amid her relationship drama, as she previously accused her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Le Vaughn, of abuse.

“This is actually sad … that man done took her spirit,” one concerned fan wrote.

“Damn, is your man eating all the food or sumn?” another bully asked.

However, Bhabie was flooded with words of comfort after suggesting she was battling cancer.

“She just revealed that she is on cancer medication. People need to have more empathy instead of jumping to conclusions and assuming. Let’s pray for her and send her strength not make jokes,” one supporter commented on the influencer’s Instagram post from Oct. 23.

“Listen mama! No matter what you look good AF!!! Im praying for you and your health!!! You baby need needs you! Stay strong and always keep ya head up!!” a second wrote, referencing Bhabie’s daughter.

“Y’all stop commenting on her physical appearance. You have no idea what negativity or positivity she could be experiencing. Reminder that it takes a mother a MINIMUM of 3 full years for her body to regulate back to how it was before getting pregnant. Give her grace,” a third person added.

Bhabie and Le Vaughn welcomed their first child, a girl named Kali, in March.

She announced her pregnancy last December, nearly a year after the couple started dating.

The exes made their red carpet debut at Bhabie’s “Drugstore June” movie premiere in February; however, a month later, she posted and then deleted a video showing Le Vaughn allegedly physically abusing her.

She also shared photos of herself with a black eye and bruised face and wrote on Instagram, “This man think [sic] he gonna take my daughter from me! Say what ever you want but tryna take my baby is crazy.”

Two days later, Bhabie clarified that she was not back with her ex after posting a photo with him.

“I wasn’t gonna speak on this but who said I was staying? What about that post made y’all think I’m staying? Bc I said I love him? Bc I said he’s gonna get help?” she replied to a fan’s comment.

“I’m so confused,” she concluded. “And apparently so are yall.”

Bhabie’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
