Madonna took a moment onstage over the weekend to call out a star she claimed has been “saying bad things” about her.

At one point during the show, she paused to take a jab at Watch What Happens Live! host Andy Cohen, who was in the front row near the stage.

“How f**king lucky am I?” Madonna asked the audience, before directing the call-and-response right at Cohen. “How f**king lucky am I, Andy?”

She then sternly told the star: “If you say one more bad thing about me on your show, I’m gonna … oh, you’re gonna be in so much trouble.”

Cohen took Madonna’s jab on the chin, and took to Instagram after the show to share his excitement at getting a personal call-out from the star.

In the post the Bravo producer gushed about both the songstress and the nickname she bestowed upon him.

“I’m a lifelong Madonna fan, so it’s a thrill and an honour to be called a ‘troublemaking queen’ by the Queen of Troublemaking,” Cohen said. “I BOW!”

“Also – go see the new tour. It blew me away! What a great night. Can’t wait to go back. #TroublemakingQueen,” he added.

Madonna kicked off the tour in October, just months after harrowing health scare that saw her spend time in intensive care due to a bacterial infection.

Since the tour began, the 65-year-old has had a raft of special guests join her on stage including FKA Twigs and Debi Mazar.

Five of her children – Lourdes, 27, David, 18, Mercy, 17, and twins Stella and Estere, 11 – all made appearances during her two-hour opening night set at London’s O2 Arena, which spanned all four decades of her career.

During a stop in Antwerp, Belgium, she admitted it was a “f---ing miracle” that she was onstage and able to do the tour.

“Less than four months ago, I was in a hospital and I was unconscious, and people were thinking, predicting that I might not make it,” she said, according to fan footage.

“I must tell you, I don’t feel really well right now, but I can’t complain ‘cause I’m alive,” she continued. “Thank God for my children and all of you for your love and support, I really appreciate it.”
