Iconic ‘90s DJ and musician Fatboy Slim touring Australia for an eighth time
Iconic ‘90s musician and DJ Fatboy Slim has shared some exciting news with his Australian fans one year after his last visit Down Under.
Iconic ‘90s musician and DJ Fatboy Slim is heading back to our shores for his Fatboy Slim Loves Australia tour, because he really does love it Down Under.
Just one year after his last visit, the dance music pioneer is set to return in March 2025 to play a series of epic outdoor shows in major cities and regional locations across the country.
“Like the crazy drunk uncle who turns up every Xmas I’m coming back to my Aussie fam once again,” says Fatboy Slim said in a statement.
“Expect the usual inappropriate behaviour and interpretational dancing…”
The muso – real name Norman Quentin Cook – has indeed visited Australia in 1999, 2001, 2009, 2012, 2018, 2020 and 2023, making this his eight visit.
When he visited last year in March and April, the English DJ delighted fans by playing at tiny and intimate venues such as Melbourne’s iconic Revolver Upstairs bar.
This time, he’s performing in the great outdoors, including a number of special winery dates perfect for those sessions under the sun.
His stops from coast to coast include Langley Park in Perth, Bowral in NSW, Barossa Valley in SA, Geelong in Victoria and Mount Cotton in Queensland.
And his supporting line-up on all the dates features Swedish electronic music DJ, record producer DJ Seinfeld and Australia’s own CC:DISCO! and Jennifer Loveless.
Fatboy Slim is behind some of the biggest dancefloor anthems since he first released his debut album in Better Living Through Chemistry in 1996. But it was his 1998 sophomore album, You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby, that catapulted him to stardom, thanks to global hits Praise You, Right Here, Right Now and The Rockafeller Skank.
He has since won 10 MTV VMAs, two Brit Awards and a Grammy.

Saturday 15 March – Centennial Vineyards, Bowral, NSW
Friday 21 March – Peter Lehmann Wines, Barossa Valley, SA
