Dua Lipa announces 2025 Australian tour dates
Singer Dua Lipa is returning to our shores for some huge shows – but so far, only fans in two Aussie cities will get to see her.
Dua Lipa has announced an Australian tour for early 2025 – but so far, it stretches to just two dates.
The One Kiss singer today announced new dates for her Radical Optimism world tour, among them shows in Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland.
The 2025 leg of the tour will kick off at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on March 20 next year, before heading to Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on March 26 and on to Auckland’s Spark Arena on April 2.
The poster for the new tour dates teases “more dates to be announced,” and with just three shows across two weeks, Lipa could certainly squeeze a few more dates in to her Aussie visit.
Tour promoter Live Nation’s social media posts announcing the two-show Australian tour have been flooded with comments this morning from fans in other Aussie cities.
“Why is everyone missing Brisbane all of a sudden?” one fan asked.
“My kids are going to be really upset, 2 cities?” another fumed.
“Praying she announces dates for other states,” said another fan.
Lipa’s last Australian tour, in 2022, saw her play seven arena shows in Australia across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
Her new tour is in support of her recently released third album, Radical Optimism, home to the hits Houdini, Training Season and Illusion.
Presale signup access to the tour is now open, with the general ticket sale happening Friday, September 20 at DuaLipa.com.
