Rihanna confirms pregnancy during Super Bowl halftime show
Rihanna hit the Super Bowl halftime stage and low-key dropped a huge personal revelation amid her 12-minute set.
Rihanna has confirmed her second pregnancy during the hotly-anticipated Super Bowl halftime show.
The 34-year-old Barbadian singer hit the stage at Arizona’s State Farm Stadium for the legendary performance slot halfway through the match between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Nine months after welcoming her first child, a son with ASAP Rocky, Rihanna showed off a baby bump in a tight red bodysuit during her dynamic set, with her reps confirming the news to The Hollywood Reporter shortly after.
There was also a brief moment when Rihanna cradled her stomach before the camera zoomed out as she stood on a floating platform.
US reporter Nataniel E Burleson, who interviewed Rihanna days ago, further confirmed the happy news in a tweet, revealing the pop star told him there would be a “surprise guest” with her at the show:

Rihanna’s set was low on demanding choreography but high on spectacle, as she walked the stage performing a mix of her own hits and some of her most famous duets.
The performance was a much-anticipated career comeback for the Diamonds singer, who hasn’t released an album since 2016 and who, in recent years, has spent more time on her career as a beauty mogul than as a pop star.
