Laneway music festival 2019 line-up features mostly Aussie performers
ONE of Australia’s coolest music festivals has announced its 2019 line-up, with homegrown talent taking up the majority of slots.
HOMEGROWN talent has dominated the 2019 line-up of St Jerome’s Laneway Festival.
For its 15th birthday, the indie-focused festival has announced a stellar list of artists, including Sydney’s Gang of Youths, Melbourne’s Camp Cope, electronic music duo Cosmo’s Midnight and Aussie singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett.
The festival will also feature a range of international performers, including rapper Denzel Curry, electronic artist Jon Hopkins and rock band Parquet Courts.
Laneway Festival will start in New Zealand before coming to Australia in early February.
Pre-sale begins on Thursday with general tickets on sale at 9am next Tuesday on the Laneway website.
