AUSTRALIAN DJ Flume has slammed One Nation leader Pauline Hanson during his closing set at Splendour In The Grass, telling the crowd “f*ck Pauline Hanson”.

The 24-year-old DJ — whose real name is Harley Streten — performed an hour long set at the Byron Bay music festival on Sunday before he took a swipe at the polarising politician, wrapping the performance with his short yet powerful message.

“F*ck Pauline Hanson,” he told the crowd. “Goodnight” he added.

His comments sent fans and social media into a frenzy.

“Lol Flume just ended his set with a “f*ck Pauline Hanson” and a mic drop #sitg,” Alex Bruce-Smith wrote on Twitter. “Final words of #SITG2016 “F*ck Pauline Hanson” - @flumemusic. Amazing weekend, would do again,” @sgoonz wrote.
