A heavily pregnant Beyonce forced to pull out of Coachella festival on the advice of her doctors

THE beyhive has gone into a frenzy after it was announced a heavily pregnant Beyonce would no longer headline Coachella on the advice of doctors.

BEYONCE has pulled out of headlining Coachella in April on the advice of her doctors, it’s been announced.

The music megastar, heavily pregnant with twins, was due to perform over two nights at the American music and culture festival.

“Following the advice of her doctors to keep a less rigorous schedule in the coming months, Beyonce has made the decision to forgo performing at the 2017 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival,” a statement from Beyonce’s Parkwood Entertainment and Coachella festival producer Goldenvoice read.

“However, Goldenvoice and Parkwood are pleased to confirm that she will be a headliner at the 2018 festival. Thank you for your understanding.”

Social media quickly lit up with reaction from her devoted legion of fans, who dub themselves ‘the Beyhive’.

However it was always going to be an ambitious gig.

It would’ve been Beyonce’s first time performing at Coachella and the first time a female act headlines since 2007 when Bjork led the billing.

She announced last month that she and husband Jay Z were expecting two new additions to their family, in a whimsical Instagram post that quickly went viral.

The bubs will join big sister Blue Ivy, who was born in 2012.

Other performers at Coachella include Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar Lorde, Bon Iver, Future, Two Door Cinema Club and DJ Snake.
