Liam Gallagher shares “biblical” Easter gathering with brother Noel and his sons
That Oasis tour is looking solid after Liam shared his Easter celebrations with brother Noel and his sons.
Oasis fans harbouring any lingering doubts about the much-anticipated reunion tour going ahead this year got a big boost of reassurance via a sweet post from Liam Gallagher.
The rock frontman revealed brother Noel and his sons Donovan, 17, and Sonny, 14, popped over for a cup of tea over Easter.
In the social media post, Liam suggested it was the first time he had met his nephews.
While the singer may have met Donovan when he was born in 2007, as Oasis split in 2009 it is likely that the next generation of Gallaghers may not have shared any family gatherings before now.
“So we had a BIBLICAL Easter Sunday Noel Donavan (sic) and Sonny popped over to ours for a cup of tea,” Liam posted on X.
“It was absolutely incredible to meet the young guvs. I obviously blew their minds coz I’m cool as f---. You heard it here 1st.”
Noel also has a daughter Anais, from his first marriage to London media personality Meg Mathews, as well as his two sons with his second wife publicist Sara McDonald who he split with in 2023.
Liam has four children with four mothers, daughters Molly and Gemma and sons Gene and Lennon.
The singer’s sons are trying out high profile careers as musicians and models. Lennon, 25, whose mother is actress Patsy Kensit and was named after Beatle John Lennon, is a model who was the face of Burberry’s 2024 campaign.
Gene, 23, who Liam shares with ex-wife and All Saints singer Nicole Appleton, fronts his own band called Villanelle, who were mooted for a slot on the Oasis shows in the UK which kick off in July.
Daughter Molly Moorish-Gallagher was born in 1998 after the Oasis frontman had an affair with her mother, singer Lisa Moorish.
The singer has reportedly never met his daughter Gemma, 12, and is reportedly involved in a financial dispute over child support with her mother Liza Ghorbani in the US.
Liam recently shared on X how he personally hand-picked Australian chart-toppers Ball Park Music to open for Oasis at their Live ’25 concerts here in October and November.
The Brisbane band were understandably pumped to score the coveted gig.
“Can hardly believe I’m typing this but it’s true, we’ll be supporting the Mancunian legends, the one and only, Oasis on their historic reunion tour when they visit Australia this year,” frontman Sam Cromack wrote on Facebook.
“To say we’re pumped is a massive f---ing understatement. We. Can. Not. Wait. Let’s f---king get it!”
