Kanye West jumps in the lake during free concert in Armenia

KANYE West did something totally unpredictable during his concert in Armenia overnight — he jumped into the lake mid-song.

Kanye West jumps into water as fans, cops, jump in along with the soaking wet rapper at last minute concert in Armenia. Kanye decided to organize the show at literally 9pm on late Sunday night and by using social media over 3,000 screaming fans showed up at the duck pond to watch him perform at nearly 1:20am local time. Kanye was on stage singing his hit when his mic started to short out as the crowd noticed. Minutes later he asked a section of the crowd if they could see him and after realizing they could not, he jumped literally into the middle of the duck pond and drops his mic into the water due to it being too wet and ruined. He is then literally surrounded by the fans as they run into the water with him as his bodyguard Pascal is spotted running to his side along with the Armenian National Guard and Police all getting soaking wet to retrieve the rap star. Kanye was then brought closer as a fan tried to touch his hand, the cops pushed him and Kanye reacted to holding the cops back to let the fan get a photo with him in the pond too! Madness occurs in a stampede style follow as Kanye is finally pulled to the top of the pond and is guided with his entourage out of the park with thousands running and following him out of the concert. Kim Kardashian was shown on side stage watching her man perform and was all smiles

KANYE West did something totally unpredictable during his concert in Armenia overnight — he jumped into the lake mid-song.

The rapper was nearing the end of his free midnight gig in the country’s capital, Yerevan, and announced to the massive crowd at Swan Lake he was going to do “something a little different”.

He then launched himself into the water while singing Good Life, prompting hundreds of fans to leap in after him.

The whole thing had to be shut down by police shortly afterwards, but the headline-grabbing stunt, which was live-streamed on YouTube, was a real spectacle.

Kanye’s wife Kim Kardashian took to Twitter after the madness died down to shed some light on her hubby’s bizarre duck dive.

The impromptu concert was organised around 9pm, local time, on Sunday night using social media to spread the word. Over 3,000 screaming fans showed up at the duck pond to watch Kanye perform in the early hours of the morning. He reportedly managed to sing six of his songs before cops pulled the pin on the event.

West is currently visiting Armenia with Kim, their daughter North West and Kim’s sister Khloe.
