16-year-old boy’s shocking Diddy claims

It marks the first time that Combs has been accused in the civil and criminal cases of sexual activity with a child.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' faces six new sexual abuse lawsuits

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been slapped with new lawsuits accusing him of rape and sexual assault, including against a 16-year-old boy.

The fresh lawsuits come after Combs was arrested on criminal charges, with dozens more filing civil suits for rape and assault.

The six new claims were filed against the disgraced rapper in a federal court in New York City today, two by women and four by men, one of whom says he was underage when the alleged assault happened.

More than 100 alleged victims are now in the process of taking legal action against Combs in the wake of his sex trafficking and racketeering charges last month.

All six people who filed the lawsuits were given anonymity, with their names listed as Jane and John Does.

The 16-year-old John Doe alleges that Combs fondled his genitals when he attended a party in Long Island in 1998.

He claims during a discussion about the boy breaking into the music industry Combs, 28 at the time, told him to drop his pants.

According to the man’s lawsuit, Combs explained to him that it was a rite of passage to becoming a music star, at one point asking him: “Don’t you want to break into the business?”

The 16-year-old’s claim marks the first time that Combs has been accused in the civil and criminal cases of sexual activity with a child.

Monday’s other new suits include allegations of rape, forced oral sex, and drugging to incapacitate the victims.

One of the Jane Does alleges Combs raped her in a locked hotel room in 2004 after he invited her and a friend there for a party. The woman, then a college freshman, alleges Combs also forced her friend to perform oral sex on him and said he would have them both killed if they didn’t comply with his demands.

Another man working as a security guard at Combs’ Hamptons white party in 2006 alleges the star gave him an alcoholic beverage he came to believe was laced with a drug that made him feel extremely ill.

The man alleges Combs then pushed him into a van, held him down and sexually assaulted him.

Combs’ lawyer did not immediately respond to comment when approached by The Sun.

Combs is currently being held in Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Center has been denied bail twice.

The number of allegations against him began to spiral when a video showing the rapper beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel in 2016 was made public.

Diddy’s trial date for the criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering has been set down for May 5 next year.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges with his lawyer addressing previous claims.

He said Combs “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”

An indictment released last month, however, alleges Combs coerced and abused women for years with the help of a network of associates who helped him silence the victims through violence - including kidnapping and physical beating.

It alleges the rapper held sordid ‘Freak Offs’ that were fuelled by drugs and left guests needing IV drips after going on for days.

Lawyer Tony Buzbee said earlier this month that he is representing 120 accusers - including one who claims he was just nine years old when he was allegedly abused by the rapper - and warned: “the names will shock you.”

Buzbee said the allegations involve “many powerful people” and “many dirty secrets.”

He also noted that his team has “pictures, video and texts” to back up the claims.
