Trailer released for ‘Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind’

FEATURING never before seen footage of the legendary entertainer and interviews with his showbiz pals, the upcoming doco is sure to be a must see.

THE first trailer for the upcoming Robin Williams documentary has been released.

Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind is set to air on HBO on July 16 and will feature rare footage of the comedian and interviews with his family members and showbiz friends including Billy Crystal, David Letterman and Whoopi Goldberg.

The trailer shows fellow comedian Steve Martin saying about Williams, “he was really comfortable on stage. Off stage it just felt he was holding himself together”.

Williams, who battled drug and alcohol addiction for many years, took his own life in August 2014 when he was 63 years old.

The legendary entertainer had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease but it was later revealed in an autopsy that he suffered from Lewy body dementia.
