The Bellas are back in first trailer for Pitch Perfect 3

IT’S been more than two years since Pitch Perfect 2, and we finally have an update on how the Barton Bells are faring, post-graduation.

The answer? Not great.

The first trailer for Pitch Perfect 3 has dropped and it looks like the whole gang’s back (Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Brittany Snow, Anna Camp), along with some new faces, including Ruby Rose.

Ruby Rose joins the franchise as the Bellas’ competition.

From what we can see in the short clip, all of the former members of the acapella group are struggling as college graduates. Nobody can keep a job, and there’s not a whole lot of demand for their set of musical skills.

In the trailer, the girls decide to reunite and head overseas to play for the troops on a USO tour.

The only problem is, their competition are playing with actual instruments.

The Bellas are set to play for the troops.

Pitch Perfect 3 is the third and final movie in the franchise, following the major box office success of Pitch Perfect in 2012 and Pitch Perfect 2 in 2015.

The first two movies have already grossed $532 million worldwide.

Pitch Perfect 3 is scheduled for release in December.
