That’s the question on many lips after rumours emerged that the 26-year-old entertainer has been offered a role in the next Bond film.
Codenamed Bond 24 for now, filming of the latest instalment in the blockbuster franchise is expected to begin later this year under the direction of Sam Mendes.
Producers have reportedly entered discussions with Rihanna, prompting speculation she may be the film’s Bond girl.
Although other sources online conclude that any role would likely be a small cameo, alongside the film’s star Daniel Craig.

Either way, the Daily Mirror newspaper quotes a source as saying Rihanna is bang up for the opportunity.
“Rihanna is a big fan of the Bond films and has always loved the idea of appearing in one,” the source told the tabloid. “She didn’t even need to think about it, she knows she wants to do it. She’s really excited.”
Should the “Umbrella” singer nab the prized role of Bond girl, she would join a long list of glamorous beauties who have come before her.
Ursula Andress was the very first, playing the sultry Honey Ryder, while other notables include Honor Blackman as Pussy Galore and Halle Berry as Jinx.
The next Bond film will be the 24th in the long-running series, which has amassed around $14 billion since the first was made in 1962.
The character of British spy James Bond, codename 007, has been played by a handful of leading men, including Sean Connery, Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan.
