Rami Malek joins cast of Bond 25 as new James Bond villain
A recent Oscar winner has been confirmed as the villain in the 25th James Bond film — which will also include not one, but two new Bond girls.
Oscar winner Rami Malek will appear in the latest James Bond film starring Daniel Craig, alongside a star cast including Ralph Fiennes and Lea Seydoux, the director Cary Fukunaga said on Thursday.
Malek, 37, who won the Oscar for his performance as Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody, said in a video message: “I promise you all I will be making sure Mr Bond does not have an easy ride in this”.

The Sun reported that De Armas, 30, has already done enough jetsetting to put the super-spy to shame.
In fact, her Instagram feed shows exotic holidays, red-carpet events and catch-ups with her celebrity friends.
The Cuban-Spanish actress already has 1.2 million followers on Instagram, where she often shows off her incredible figure.
She is also seen posing with pals including Jamie-Lee Curtis and hugging stars such as Ryan Gosling.
Her racy 2015 flick Knock Knock sees two women whose hobby is ruining the lives of cheating married men.
She plays Bel who, together with co-star Lorenza Izzo’s Genesis, tempt Keanu’s hapless Evan into having a threesome with them and then use the footage to blackmail him.
Lashana Lynch has been cast as the second Bond girl, after impressing audiences as Captain Marvel’s best frien (Brie Larson’s), tough fighter pilot Maria Rambeau.
