The teaser trailer for the 37-year-old Brit’s new movie, Legend, has debuted online today, with Hardy playing London’s most infamous identical-twin criminals, Ronnie and Reggie Kray terrorised the East End with their organised-crime schemes in the 1950s and 60s.
The film follows the rise and fall of the Kray twins; the relationship that bound them together, and charts their gruesome career to their downfall and imprisonment for life in 1969.
Aussie actress Emily Browning stars as the lead actress, alongside David Thewlis (Harry Potter), Christopher Eccleston (Thor), Chazz Palminteri (The Usual Suspects), Tara Fitzgerald (Game of Thrones) and Taron Egerton (Kingsman: The Secret Service).
The movie hits Australian cinemas on October 15.
