First look at Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange

THE announcement that Marvel had cast British actor Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange was met with criticism from fans across the internet.

But a sneak peak at the character featured in next month’s First Look issue of Entertainment Weekly has fans eating their words, with many now stating how excited they are to see the film.

EW shared the much-anticipated first glimpse images with the world on their Twitter account.

Unlike the majority of the characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Stephen Vincent Strange has magical abilities.

Cumberbatch’s casting was announced in December 2014, and the film was shot in November and December of this year.
