Blake Lively is unrecognisable on the set of upcoming movie The Rhythm Section
SHE’S known for her slick style and trademark long blonde hair. But in her latest movie, this A-lister looks completely different.
BLAKE Lively has undergone a complete transformation and traded in her famous long blonde locks for a short black Kris Jenner hairdo.
Wearing an all-black outfit and dark wig, the 30-year-old was snapped dressed up in character while filming her upcoming spy flick The Rhythm Section in Dublin.
In the movie, an adaptation of Mark Burnell’s Stephanie Patrick novels, Lively plays a self-destructive woman who is dealing with the death of her family after they die in a plane crash — a flight she was supposed to be on.
After similar paparazzi images of Lively in character on set were published, her husband Ryan Reynolds took the opportunity playfully troll his wife about the new look.
Posting the image of his wife in character, he captioned the snap: ““#nofilter”.
But it’s not all fun and games for the former Gossip Girl star on set.
Production has been suspended temporarily after she injured herself while filming.
“Paramount, Global Road (formerly known as IM Global) and producers Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli today confirmed that filming has been temporarily suspended on The Rhythm Section as Blake Lively sustained an injury to her hand while filming an action sequence. Production will resume as soon as possible,” said the studio in a statement sent to Deadline.
