Blake Lively flaunts her unbelievable figure while filming on Lord Howe Island
BLAKE Lively is in Australia filming her latest movie and has flaunted her unbelievable figure on set.
BLAKE Lively’s post-baby body is out of control.
The stunner is currently in Australia, busy her new shark thriller The Shallows on Lord Howe Island, and was snapped filming scenes in the sunshine this week.
The 28-year-old actress, who welcomed her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds 10 months ago, hit the beach wearing an orange triangle bikini top with mismatched blue, red and white bottoms.
The former Gossip Girl star stripped off for the cameras to film scenes on the sand with a surfboard, making sure to slap on some sunscreen.
The Shallows - which has been described as Jaws meets 127 Hours - is about a young woman, stranded alone on a buoy with a great white shark circling the waters between her and the shore.
Lively’s all-too-perfect assets have sparked rumours that she’s undergone breast enhancement surgery since welcoming her baby girl, James Reynolds, in December. But the actress insists her larger chest is simply due to her first pregnancy and said her breasts “increase in size throughout the day” when she doesn’t have time to pump milk.
The Age of Adaline star recently spoke about shedding her baby weight, saying her focus has always been on eating well while breastfeeding.
“Losing weight is not something I have spent much time focusing on,” she told YOU Magazine in April.
“With a new baby, it’s just about eating well for her, because everything I eat goes right into her system [through breastfeeding]. Your body goes through a lot after pregnancy and birth, so small, gentle workouts feel better.”
Lively’s personal trainer Don Saladino recently opened up to People magazine about his star client’s fitness regime.
“This is way beyond having her just look great in a bikini,” Saladino said. “That’s important, but it’s about keeping her energy level high and making sure that, day in and day out when she’s shooting this film, her recovery is optimal.”
Saladino said the blonde beauty had two months to prepare before filming for The Shallows began, so he increased her workouts to five or six times a week. “I told her to listen to her body. When you feel great, get on it. When you don’t feel great, shift down a gear.”
As for Lively’s food consumption, Saladino said she keeps it simple and small with four well balanced meals a day.
“She’s got to get in, hit it and get out. She’s not doing these triple session workouts. It should encourage people: Here’s a woman who had a baby in December, and she’s got her bikini body back already. That’s pretty spectacular.”
Lively married Ryan Reynolds, 39, in an intimate ceremony in Charleston, South Carolina in 2012, surrounded by just 35 family and friends.
The Shallows is due to hit cinemas in June, 2016.
