Baywatch comes to Bondi: Zac Efron and co-star Alexandra Daddario hit the beach ahead of premiere

BAYWATCH came to Bondi today when Hollywood stars Zac Efron and Alexandra Daddario descended on the iconic beach. And fans were sent into a tizz.

BAYWATCH came to Bondi today with stars of the Hollywood blockbuster descending on the iconic Australian beach.

Hundreds of fans watched on as movie stars Zac Efron and Alexandra Daddario arrived at Bondi for a photo call to promote the upcoming release of the film.

“I feel like Baywatch has the spirit of Bondi Beach in it, like this is the bay we are protecting in the movie,” Efron told the Daily Telegraph.

“That is one of the reasons we are so excited to bring it out here. I love coming to Australia. I love the fans out here, the energy out here. It is always a great time and everybody shows up and shows so much love so it is good to be back to see everybody.”

Daddario took it in her stride when Ariel Paniri stripped down in front of her, wearing only a bright green mankini.

Efron plays the lead role of former Olympian turned lifeguard Matt Brody in the film directed by Seth Gordon with Daddario playing his love interest, new recruit Summer Quinn.

Baywatch is in cinemas on June 1 and also stars Dwayne Johnson, Kelly Rohrbach and Priyanka Chopra.
