Mad Max: Fury Road trailer drops and it’s insane

IF YOU like action movies with plenty of explosions, the trailer for Mad Max: Fury Road is going to get your heart racing.

EXPLOSIVE. That’s the best way to describe the trailer for Mad Max: Fury Road.

The fourth film in the franchise will be released next year and stars Tom Hardy as ‘Mad’ Max Rockantansky.

Charlize Theron also stars in the post-apocalyptic action movie, playing the rebel Imperator Furiosa.

But that’s not all, Megan Gale makes an appearance in the post-Apocalyptic blockbuster and took to social media to express her surprise at making the cut.

“Just had a goosebump moment watching the new #madmaxfuryroad trailer,” she wrote on Instagram.

“I did not expect to make the cut as my role is a small one but YEW!!! can’t wait to see the entire film (sic).”

But Gale isn’t her usual glammed-up self in the hit movie. The brunette beauty can be seen covered in dirt and holding a gun in the clip.

The last time the 38-year-old worked with Australian director George Miller it was to play Wonder Woman in the ill-fated film Justice League of America back in 2008.

It’s not known yet what Gale’s role is.

According to the synopsis, “The film is set in the furthest reaches of our planet, in a stark desert landscape where humanity is broken and everyone is crazed fighting for the necessities of life”.

“There’s Max, a man of action and a man of few words, who seeks peace of mind following the loss of his wife and child in the aftermath of the chaos.

“And (there’s) Furiosa, a woman of action and a woman who believes her path to survival may be achieved if she can make it across the desert back to her childhood homeland.”
