Macklemore look-alike tricks his way into concert, gets VIP for life

SOME dude who happens to be the spitting image of Macklemore has pulled off a hilarious prank, fooling fans, security and even reporters outside one of the rapper's concerts.

CAN'T hold this Macklemore doppelganger back.

Some dude who happens to be the spitting image of the famous rapper has pulled off a seriously good prank, fooling fans, security guards and even reporters at a Macklemore concert in Utah.

The look-alike, a man by the name of Andrew Hales, assembled an entourage and breezed through security - but not before posing for plenty of photos.

The jig was eventually up after management realised he wasn't the real deal and booted them from the venue.

The actual Thrift Shop singer was more than impressed with the prank and took to Twitter to promise Hales free VIP entry into future Macklemore gigs.
