Jennifer Aniston sparked rumours that she’s engaged after fans spotted a surprising detail to her outfit at the SAG Awards.

Jennifer Aniston has sparked engagement rumours after she was seen wearing a ring at the SAG Awards on Saturday night.

The Morning Wars star was nominated for her role in the Apple TV series, but ended up missing out on the award after it went to a surprised Elizabeth Debicki.

Aniston took to the stage alongside Bradley Cooper to present the SAG Lifetime Achievement Award to Barbra Streisand during the show, but all eyes were on her ring finger.

The US actress appeared to be sporting a huge diamond ring on her finger, which has sparked speculation that she could have secretly gotten engaged to an unknown suitor.

Aniston isn’t known to be currently dating anyone publicly, however, she has been married twice before.

She had a high-profile split from Brad Pitt in 2005, and later went on to marry actor Justin Theroux in 2012, before calling it quits in 2018.

Aniston hasn’t given up on finding love though, and she said in 2022 that she was hopeful that she’d find someone soon that she could share her life with.

“I’d love a relationship,” she said. “There are moments I want to just crawl up in a ball and say, ‘I need support.’ It would be wonderful to come home and fall into somebody’s arms and say, ‘That was a tough day.’”

Meanwhile, last year the Friends star opened up about constantly getting a specific compliment from fans.

She insisted that the phrase “you look great for your age” should instead be, “you look great — period.”

“It drives me bananas. I can’t stand it,” she told British Vogue. “That’s a habit of society that we have these markers like, ‘Well you’re at that stage, so for your age …’ I don’t even understand what it means.”

“I’m in better shape than I was in my twenties. I feel better in my mind, body, and spirit. It’s all 100 per cent better,” the Emmy winner added.

The actress recently shared the secret to why she looks so great, telling InStyle about her workout routine after years of trial and error.

After admitting to previously feeling pressure to work out vigorously, the star ended up injuring herself.

“When you’re in a mindset of, ‘I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,’ it’s daunting,” she told the outlet this week. “I believed it for so long. I just burnt out and broke my body.”

Aniston said the expectation to “feel the burn” during physical activity is actually a dangerous mindset.

“My physical therapist gave me a Barbie doll that’s covered in Kinesio tape,” she explained, adding that the purpose of the tape is “to show every injury I’ve had in the last 15 years.”
