Supermodel Candice Swanepoel’s daring Cannes red carpet gown
Leave it to a Victoria’s Secret model to steal the style spotlight, with Candice Swanepoel taking to the Cannes red carpet in a plunging low-back masterpiece.
The Cannes film festival red carpet has been rolled out for day two and of course, it bears the glitz and glamour the event has become so renowned for.
South African supermodel Candice Swanepoel, most famous for becoming a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2010, attended the screening of Tout S’est Bien Passe (Everything Went Fine) today at the 74th annual event, which has returned in its traditional form for 2021 after the Covid-19 pandemic thwarted last year’s celebrations.
The 32-year-old was elegance personified in a backless cream gown by Italian fashion house Etro, which featured crystal and bead detailing and a slim-fit design.
