Wearing an Alex Vauthier Spring 2015 Couture gown, Miley turned up without boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger but posed for photos with producer and rapper Mike Will Made It.

Miley and Patrick spent the previous night at the Clive Davis Pre-Grammys party looking very loved up as they chatted at their table with Rita Ora, Ricky Martin and Iggy Azalea.
