Keanu Reeves’ rare red carpet outing with partner Alexandra Grant
Keanu Reeves made a rare red carpet appearance with girlfriend Alexandra Grant over the weekend, the pair looking as loved-up as ever.
Keanu Reeves stepped out with girlfriend Alexandra Grant in public over the weekend.
The couple made a rare red carpet appearance together Saturday to attend the 2024 Museum of Contemporary Art Gala in Los Angeles.
The John Wick actor, 59, was photographed beaming alongside the visual artist, 54.
Once inside the gala, Reeves and Grant were seen mingling with guests before sitting down at their table and continuing to enjoy their date night.
Grant looked chic during their outing in a satin gown that featured a plunging neckline and cutouts above the waist, accessorising with a diamond necklace, silver earrings and a sparkly purple clutch.
She kept her beauty look simple by slicking her hair back into a bun with tiny braids.
Reeves also dressed to impress, wearing a navy suit complete with a dark tie, a grey button-down and a matching scarf that he wrapped around his neck.
The couple – who have been dating since 2019 – most likely attended the event as MOCA has played a major role in Grant’s career.
She has long ties to the museum as she introduced her first solo exhibition there in 2007.
The Matrix actor and the former professor have not been photographed at a red carpet since November 2023 at the LACMA Art+Film Gala. Prior to that, they attended MOCA’s 20023 gala this time last year.
The two have kept a fairly low profile over the last few years, but Grant previously gushed about Reeves being “such an inspiration” to her in an interview with People in September 2023.
“The good news about falling in love as an adult is that I had built my own career by the time that my relationship had begun,” she said at the time. “I feel very confident in the relationship on the red carpet. I feel confident on it alone.”
Reeves and Grant were previously friends and colleagues for nearly a decade before their relationship turned romantic five years ago.
