Jennifer Aniston reveals bizarre cupping marks at Call Me Crazy premiere

JEN Aniston must have really, really wanted to wear that outfit at the premiere of her new film.

SHE must have really, really wanted to wear that outfit.

Rather than hide the tell-tale marks of her recent cupping treatment with a more demure dress, Jennifer Aniston stuck with her strapless number... and tried to cover up the red patches with a bit of foundation.

It was an oddly slapdash approach for the usually flawless actress.

She didn't even have her trademark mane of hair for cover, instead tying her blonde locks up into a high ponytail.

Aniston, 44, was on the red carpet in Los Angeles for the premiere of Call Me Crazy, which she has helped to produce. The former Friends star is thought to have used cupping for at least six years.

The ancient technique, described as a form of acupuncture, is believed to improve circulation and help stress and muscle pain.

Glass cups are heated with a naked flame and placed directly on to the skin, creating a vacuum and increasing blood flow.

Cupping is not painful, but the red circular marks it leaves behind can last for between three and seven days.

Other stars including Gwyneth Paltrow, Victoria Beckham, Jessica Simpson and David Arquette are also thought to have tested the health trend.
