JANET Jackson made a rare public appearance on Halloween and we couldn’t help but notice how youthful she’s looking of late.

JANET Jackson made a rare public appearance on Halloween, stepping out for the first time in more than a year.

The singer tends to keep a low profile when she’s not promoting her music, but she attended the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience Gala dinner with her billionaire husband Wissam Al Mana on Friday night.

The 48-year-old was wearing a covered, figure-hugging black dress and a high ponytail and was escorted through the crowd by a pair of bodyguards.

Is it just us, or has Janet not aged a single day since the ‘80s?
