HILARY Duff’s new look is smokin’ hot.

The actress has rocked long blonde hair for years now, but it looks like she’s decided to change things up and brave the chop.

Duff posted this action shot to her Instagram account on Thursday, May 29, along with the caption: “Morning chop ... W/ my favorite @marcusrfrancis.”

The celebrity hairstylist cut inches off Duff’s long tresses and revealed to US Weekly that it was a spur of the moment decision.

“She texted me last night and wanted to do it right away,” Francis told the magazine. “We wanted a bigger change for summer and just to feel healthier in general.”

The 26-year-old mother-of-one shared a selfie of the finished product with her 1.8 million followers.
