Twitter loses it over revelation Barack Obama follows triple X porn star

Twitter has had a meltdown over the discovery that Barack Obama follows a porn star, sparking reactions from humour to concern for the former US president’s marriage.

Social media exploded early on Saturday morning local time when porn star Sara Jay began trending on Twitter after fans of the adult film star noticed that former US President Barack Obama was one of her 1.1 million followers.

According to the New York Post, while many initially joked that Jay was trending because men no longer have sports to occupy their time due to the global outbreak of coronavirus, tweets soon began to discuss family man Obama and why his profile was linked to the XXX account, prompting some hilarious responses from the public.

Who is Sara Jay?

Her Instagram profile describes her as “Curvaceous. Shameless. Insatiable.”

On Twitter she posts selfies and clips from her other porn platforms, as well as video.

“Idk bout y’all, but seeing Sara Jay trending made me feel even more connected to @BarackObama. My man,” wrote one observer while another added, “Sara Jay – Obama thought he was logged in to his incognito account…”.

Wife Michelle Obama’s potential reaction to the news was also a talking point, with many posting a popular GIF of the author snatching Barack’s phone from his hand alongside captions like, “Michelle when she realises why Sara Jay is trending …”.

Obama has little to prove in terms of his love for the former first lady, recently packing on the PDA for her 56th birthday.

“In every scene, you are my star, @MichelleObama! Happy birthday, baby,” wrote Obama, 58, to his spouse alongside the photo-booth-style pictures.
