The former Big Brother contestant was recently linked to Bachelorette hunk Richie Strahan, but judging by her latest comments, she’s very much single and eager to settle down.

In a lengthy post on her website, Young Blood Travel, the 28-year-old admitted her recent birthday threw her into “a bit of a quarter-life crisis tailspin,” and she started questioning what she was doing with her life.

The reality TV star lamented the fact that she doesn’t have a partner while everyone around her is getting engaged. “I can’t even lock down a second Tinder date.” she wrote, adding that she is currently out of a job after her contract with a Melbourne-based PR agency ended.

Smyth posted: “In fact at this very second, as I write this, I have no partner, no job (my four-month contract at one of Melbourne’s top PR agencies has just ended) and as of Christmas, no home either (my housemates are getting married in January and weirdly, want the place to themselves. $100 says my room has a crib in it by Easter.)”

The post, titled Oh The Places You Will Go, revealed Smyth would be taking a “different approach” to her future after spending a weekend “wallowing”.

Smyth then declared that she would be spending a year overseas, tossing up New York, London and Los Angeles as possible contenders.

“Despite my constant moaning about the single life, [there] is something very liberating about being alone. About having no strings tying you down, no responsibilities holding you back,” she wrote.

The personal post comes after Smyth’s close friend Ruby Rose made a plea on social media to find her pal a date, appealing to her five million followers to help her find a match.

The Orange Is the New Black star shared a video of Smyth on her Instagram page, writing, “Guys ... this babe ... it’s time she had good loving. She’s right, I haven’t spent enough time finding her a date.”
