This wholesome TikTok From the OG Yellow Wiggle is all I need for Christmas
The OG Yellow Wiggle recently joined TikTok, and he’s been dropping some real bombshells.
We’re in for another anxiety-riddled Christmas, thanks to Omicron, but honestly nothing has soothed me more than the original Yellow Wiggle stitching a TikTok to sing an Aussie version of Frosty The Snowman.
Australian icon, Greg Page, recently joined TikTok where he’s been dropping some real bombshells.
Back in January, the nation went into shock after Page collapsed while walking offstage at a sold out (I should know, I tried very hard to get tickets), over 18s OG Wiggles reunion show in Sydney. So it makes sense that his first few videos were raising awareness for heart health, including his own organisation, Heart Of The Nation, which teaches CPR.
A few videos in, Page announced that the OG Wiggles would once again be reuniting for a national tour (hell yes), and that a lot of his TikTok’s would be recording his journey to relearn the sweet sweet Wiggles dance moves.
This is honestly the only account I now need to follow on TikTok, but I’m really here to discuss one video in particular.
Upon a very long TikTok scrolling sesh to avoid the anxiety and uncertainty we find ourselves once again surrounded by, I came across the Yellow Wiggle stitching a video with a number of other users to create a very good a cappella version of Frosty The Snow Man, with Page singing, of course.
When I tell you it soothed my soul, I am not exaggerating. After watching it on repeat several times, I ventured into the comments section — and it got even better.
At 49 years of age, Page is taking to TikTok like your Dad would, and I am here for it. Actually taking the time to reply to people’s comments (king), he asked fans how to get verified, and cracked a very Dad-joke.
I’m not crying, you’re crying.
