IT happens to the best of us, but check out this awkward photo of Sophie Monk trying to sleep on a flight to Los Angeles.

The 34 year old looked rather uncomfortable, crunched up with one leg on the wall, while on an overnight Virgin flight.

“@oscargordon thanks for taking advantage of me #SleepingBeauty #Ha.” she captioned the picture on Instagram.

We’re unsure whether the actor and radio announcer had fallen on tough times and travelled economy, or wasn’t making the most of the extra leg room that comes with business class.
