Singer Cassie has filed a lawsuit against her ex, rapper Diddy, accusing the hip-hop mogul of rape and repeated physical abuse throughout their relationship.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the Me & U singer — born Casandra Ventura — claimed that she met the Revolt CEO in 2005 when she was only 19, when an alleged pattern of abuse and control began that included allegedly forcing her to have sex with male prostitutes while he filmed, physically abusing her and supplying her with drugs.

Cassie also alleged in the suit that Diddy — born Sean Combs — allegedly forced his way into her home and raped her toward the end of their longtime relationship in 2018.

The Long Way 2 Go singer, 37, claimed in the lawsuit that Diddy, 54, “was prone to uncontrollable rage, and frequently beat Ms. Ventura savagely.”

She claimed that those “beatings” were often witnessed by his staff and employees, however, no one “dared to speak up against their frightening and ferocious boss.”

Cassie alleged that the Gotta Move On rapper allegedly forced her to carry his firearm in her purse to remind her of “his ability to cause serious harm.”

“Over the years that Mr. Combs abused Ms. Ventura physically and sexually, she again and again tried to escape his tight hold over her life,” the lawsuit stated.

“Every time she hid, Mr. Combs’s vast network of corporations and affiliated entities found her, and those who worked for Mr. Combs’s companies implored her to return to him.

“After years in silence and darkness. I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships,” she said in a statement to the New York Times.

“Many went as far as to explicitly state that her failure to return to Mr. Combs would hinder her success in the entertainment industry.”

In September 2018, Cassie claimed in the suit that she joined the Sean John founder for dinner “for what she believed would be a discussion about concluding their relationship for good.”

However, she claimed that once they returned to her home — which Diddy paid for — he allegedly “forced himself into her apartment” and tried to kiss her.

“She told him to stop and attempted to push him away,” the lawsuit read. “Mr. Combs then forcibly pulled off Ms. Ventura’s clothing and unbuckled his belt. He proceeded to rape Ms. Ventura while she repeatedly said ‘no’ and tried to push him away.”

Page Six has reached out to a rep for Cassie but did not immediately hear back.

Diddy’s lawyer, Ben Brafman, denied the claims in a statement to the outlet and claimed that Cassie had been demanding money from the Bad Boy Records founder.

“Mr Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations,” the lawyer said. “For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail.

“Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs’s reputation and seeking a payday.”

However, Cassie’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, told the New York Times that his client and Diddy spoke before she filed the lawsuit and the Last Night musician allegedly offered her money to remain silent.

“Mr Combs offered Ms. Ventura eight figures to silence her and prevent the filing of this lawsuit,” Wigdor said. “She rejected his efforts.”

Cassie and Diddy dated on and off for 10 years until calling it off for good in 2018.

She wed fitness trainer Alex Fine the following year. The pair have welcomed two daughters together.

Meanwhile, Diddy is in an open relationship with City Girls rapper Yung Miami. However, he welcomed his seventh child last October.
