William, Kate made ‘no effort’ to introduce kids to Lilibet: royal expert

It’s been revealed there is still “a lot of tension” between brothers William and Harry and it played out behind the scenes at the Platinum Jubilee.

Harry and Meghan’s olive branch rejected by Prince William and Kate

Prince William and Kate Middleton reportedly did not attempt to introduce their children to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s daughter, Lilibet.

“William and Kate made no effort at all to introduce Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to (Lilibet)” during Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee, royal expert Christopher Andersen told Us Weekly.

He added there is still “a lot of tension” between the brothers after Harry and Markle quit the royal family, moved to California and revealed family drama to Oprah Winfrey.

“As far as I know, nobody believes they spoke (to each other),” Andersen claimed.

Page Six reported earlier this week the Duke and Duchess of Sussex extended an olive branch by inviting William, Middleton and their children to Lilibet’s first birthday party, but the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were scheduled to be in Wales taking part in the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

However, Harry and Markle’s daughter did meet her eponym and great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, for the first time last week.

The couple briefly took their one-year-old daughter to meet the 96-year-old monarch when they landed in London and again at Windsor Castle ahead of Lilibet’s birthday celebrations.

Harry and Markle’s trip to the UK last week was the first time their son, Archie, 3, went back to his home country since the family moved to the US in 2020.

The family landed in London last Wednesday and attended several Platinum Jubilee events, though they did not join the other royals on the balcony during the Trooping the Colour parade Thursday.

The couple were met with jeers and boos Friday while exiting the National Service of Thanksgiving at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London.

At the church service, they sat far away from William and Middleton.

The family of four quietly returned to California early Sunday in a private jet ahead of the Platinum Jubilee Pageant, which closed out the Queen’s four-day festivities.
