The former Fox News presenter appeared on UK news channel GB News’ Dan Wootton Tonight, available to stream on Flash, to discuss the “dishonest” narrative presented in the Sussexes’ second trailer for their Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan.
The latest clip featured photographs and clips of swarms of paparazzi huddled together taking pictures of Prince Harry and the former Suits actress.
However, the media scrums in question were not linked to the royal couple and they were actually from a Harry Potter premiere and a trial of former model Katie Price.

Ms Kelly reacted to the misleading photos, claiming the Duchess of Sussex has a tendency to play the victim and disseminate mistruths.
“I realise that Netflix, or the director, would have put together the trailer, but Meghan and Harry approved it,” the Sky News Australia contributor told the program.
The broadcaster claimed that the pair “saw those pictures and understood they were being misused”.
“They didn’t care because she [Meghan] has a pattern of overstating the facts of adoration when it comes to her and overstating how much of a victim she is,” she said.
“Look at how she lied about the cast of The Lion King who allegedly said that when she married Harry, they celebrated in South Africa like they did when Mandela was freed.
“The lie about baby Archie was almost killed in a fire when they were. That was a lie too.
“She picks something, she aggrandises it to make herself either look like the victim or that she’s way more adored than she actually is, and this trailer’s just the latest example.”
This is not the first time Ms Kelly has criticised the trailers for Harry and Meghan’s new show.
Last week, the outspoken commentator slammed photos featured in the documentary’s teaser that show the Duchess crying.
“I have never taken a photo of myself crying and certainly never released it to the public saying ‘please feel sorry for me’,” Kelly said on her podcast The Megyn Kelly Show.
“I don’t understand that mentality and that is what they’ve done in this trailer … Who does this?
“They want people to feel sorry for them, which is the most unattractive piece of this couple.”
The first three episodes of the six-part documentary will hit Netflix on December 8, while the final three episodes will be released a week later, on December 15.
According to the program’s bio, the docuseries takes an in-depth look into the Sussex’s “early courtship and the challenges that led to them feeling forced to step back from their full-time roles in the institution.”
