Thomas Markle begs Meghan for forgiveness

AMID reports he has been “frozen out” by the palace following his interview, Thomas Markle is said to be trying to repair his relationship with Meghan.

THOMAS Markle has reportedly begged his daughter Meghan for forgiveness as the fallout from his surprise interview with Good Morning Britain continues.

Us Weekly reports the Duchess of Sussex hasn’t spoken to her father since the day after her marriage to Prince Harry.

According to a palace insider, the royals have become increasingly “frustrated” by Mr Markle’s decision to give multiple media interviews.

“This blabbing needs to stop if he wants to maintain any relationship with Harry and Meghan,” the insider revealed.

A source close to Mr Markle also reportedly revealed the 73-year-old is now begging Meghan for forgiveness, promising her he hasn’t been doing the interviews for attention.

“All he’s ever cared about is protecting Meghan,” the insider said. “He wants the royals to stand by his side, but of course so far they haven’t.”

During his appearance on Good Morning Britain, Mr Markle recounted private conversations he had with Harry and speculated on when his daughter Meghan would have children.

Mr Markle later told TMZ he had been put in the “penalty box” following his TV interview and demanded Queen Elizabeth meet with him.

A former lighting director, Mr Markle was unable to walk Meghan down the aisle at her wedding after controversy over him staging paparazzi photos and heart problems.
