Why Eugenie’s wedding will have more celebs than Harry and Meghan’s
SHE may not be Hollywood royalty but Eugenie’s nuptials will be more star studded than Meghan and Harry’s wedding.
SHE might not be Hollywood royalty like Meghan Markle, but Princess Eugenie’s wedding is set to be more star-studded than the former actor and Prince Harry’s May nuptials.
Unlike Meghan, Eugenie grew up in the spotlight and has rubbed shoulders with the biggest British celebrities from a young age.
Ahead of her wedding to Jack Brooksbank, here are all the celebrities expected to attend Eugenie’s big day.
There will be plenty of model behaviour on show at Eugenie’s wedding, with British supermodels Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss tipped to be on the guest list.
Moss is a longtime friend of Eugenie’s mum Sarah Ferguson while Eugenie has spent time with Campbell at charity events.
Karlie Kloss is also rumoured to be attending with her fiance Joshua Kushner — who is the brother of Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared — as well as supermodel Cara Delevingne, who has been spotted partying with Eugenie on numerous occasions.
UK singers James Blunt and Ellie Goulding — an ex of Prince Harry’s who performed at Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding — have also made the guest list.
However Ed Sheeran, who Eugenie’s sister Beatrice famously cut with a sword during a raucous party, won’t be attending because he’s on tour, The Sun reports.
Victoria and David Beckham will also attend, with Eugenie making a special appearance at their daughter Harper’s sixth birthday which was controversially hosted at Buckingham Palace last year.
Eugenie’s fiance Jack has also got some celebrity connections thanks to his work as a brand ambassador for Casamigos Tequila.
The liquor brand is owned by George Clooney and Rande Gerber, with both men expected to bring their respective wives; Amal Clooney and Cindy Crawford.
Unfortunately for Harry, ex-girlfriends Chelsy Davy and Cressida Bonas will be at Eugenie’s wedding as both are good friends with the princess.
