The best bits you missed from the royal wedding
FROM Jessica Mulroney’s “bum moment” to Chelsy Davy’s shady chapel look, here are the best bits you missed from the royal wedding.
PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle have officially become the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in a showstopping ceremony at Windsor Castle.
But amid the pomp and pageantry, there were some hilarious, awkward and spectacular moments that cannot go undocumented.
Here are the best bits you missed from the royal wedding.
JESSICA MULRONEY’S ‘PIPPA’ MOMENT
We all remember the day Pippa Middleton captured the world’s attention at Kate Middleton and Prince William’s wedding with her figure-hugging bridesmaid dress.
This time around, it was Meghan’s best friend Jessica Mulroney who was spotted by royal watchers as she helped wrangle the children into the church, leading to claims of a “Pippa bum moment.”
The wedding stylist wore a cobalt blue dress by Canadian designer Di Carlo couture leading viewers to comment: “I totally missed Kate was too busy looking at @jessicamulroney”.
Meanwhile, Pippa was having an unfortunate internet moment of her own — with her outfit compared to a can of iced tea.

WHAT DID MEGHAN SAY?
Viewers say they saw Meghan turn to her husband and exclaim “Oh f***!” after the service in a carriage as they pulled away from Windsor Castle.
But not everyone is convinced, saying she simply said “Oh wow” following the emotional ceremony.
“I swear I just saw Meghan say ‘f***” said one Twitter user.
“Meghan says ‘oh f***!’ as carriage enters private section of Long Walk. What a farce! #RoyalWedding,” said another viewer.
EMPTY SEAT LEFT IN CHAPEL
An empty seat left in the chapel next to Prince William led many to speculate it was a symbolic gesture for Princess Diana.
However royal reporter Rebecca English claims it’s actually protocol to leave the seat in front of the Queen free, so as not to block her view.
Btw - Iâve seen some reports about the spare seat by Prince William in the chapel as having being left in memory of Princess Diana. It wasnât empty for that reason. The seat in front of the Queen is always left empty, I am told by BP #royalwedding

INTERNET LOVES CHELSY DAVY
Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy arrived looking stunning in a navy blue outfit with nude heels.
However it was the look on her face during the service that prompted a wave of memes about ex-girlfriends.

‘I ROBBED SOME FLOWERS’
Excited guests invited into Windsor Castle told Sky News how they flogged a souvenir to take home in the form of some flowers, and what Meghan Markle looked like in the flesh.
“She looked absolutely amazing ... pure beauty,” one witness told Sky News. “To see her in the flesh ... she was absolutely stunning.”
One woman revealed how she took some flowers from the chapel as a keepsake, while one other royal watcher turned up in her wedding dress “hoping [Prince Harry] would marry me.”
‘I MISSED YOU’
Noone watching the wedding could be under any doubt about the love Prince Harry and Meghan Markle felt for each other.
“You look amazing,” the groom told her as they met at the altar, adding: “I missed you.”
The couple had spent the night before the wedding in separate hotels and the Bishop Michael Curry said the sense of love in the chapel was “contagious”.
