Princess Diana’s niece Kitty Spencer, 30, marries billionaire Michael Lewis, 62, in Italy

Lady Kitty Spencer has married her billionaire boyfriend Michael Lewis - who is more than twice her age - in a luxurious Italian ceremony.

Lady Kitty Spencer has married her boyfriend of three years in a breathtaking ceremony in Italy.

Princess Diana’s niece, 30, wed billionaire Michael Lewis, 62, at the 16th century villa, Villa Aldobrandini, in the region of Frascati last night.

Once one of the most eligible bachelorettes in Britain, a now off-the-market Lady Kitty wore an elaborate Victorian inspired white lace Dolce & Gabbana gown with an elegant high neck design, elevated shoulder pads, a fitted bodice, A-line skirt and lengthy train.

The British fashion model polished her look off with a dramatic veil, while styling her blonde hair in low bun.

But that was just the beginning. Lady Kitty wore another four gowns on her wedding day, all designed by the prestigious Italian designer.

In another photo released by Dolce & Gabbana, one of the evening looks was a strapless blue tulle gown embroidered with pink flowers. But it was hard to look past Kitty’s huge engagement ring.

The newlyweds never publicly confirmed they were engaged, so this is the first clear photo of the sparkler.

Lady Kitty is the daughter of Diana’s younger brother, Charles Spencer, and his ex-wife Victoria Aitken.

Her twin sisters, Eliza and Amelia, were in attendance for her big day, as well as Viscountess Emma Weymouth and her husband Ceawlin Thynn.

There were also a few celebrities in attendance at the opulent celebration, including Pixie Lott, reality star Mark Vandelli and British actor Idris Elba’s wife, Sabrina.

Michael Lewis’ three sons from his previous marriage to British pop star Leola Lewis were also at the wedding.

Despite Lady Kitty attending Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding in Windsor in 2018, as well as Prince William and Kate Middleton’s royal wedding in 2011, the Cambridges and the Sussexes did not appear to attend her nuptials.

Lady Kitty has always had a close relationship with her cousins William and Harry and it is not known why they weren’t at the wedding.

Lady Kitty took to Instagram through the week to show off her hens night celebrations with friends.

Dressed in a tight, leopard print Dolce dress, Kitty said she was “reunited with my favourite people and my favourite place” as they enjoyed a night out in Florence.

Mr Lewis is a billionaire fashion tycoon, and the chairman of South African Foschini group and owns the high street shops Whistles and Phase Eight.

The pair were first linked back in 2018, being pictured together for the first time in New York in 2019.

It was reported Mr Lewis proposed to Lady Kitty before Christmas in 2019.

Lady Kitty was previously in a relationship with property tycoon, Niccolò Barattieri di San Pietro, but they broke up in 2017 after four years together.
