'Paranoid' Prince Harry carried out 'loyalty tests' on staff

A royal biographer has claimed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle “ran royal staff over” and staff members were “quite broken” working for the couple.

Author and royal correspondent for The Times Valentine Low appeared on GB News’ Dan Wootton Tonight, available to stream on Flash, to promote his book Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind The Crown.

The writer shared details about allegations the Duke and Duchess of Sussex bullied their staff.

“I know that several people were quite broken, working there,” he told the program.

“When you hear about people saying at the time, they’re about to have a meeting with Meghan, they’re very worried about how it’s gonna go when they say things like, ‘I’m shaking, I feel sick.’ It’s not a good workplace.”

When asked how Harry and Meghan got away with their behaviour and claimed they were victims, Low said the palace did not know how to handle the situation.

“They [palace] hadn’t confronted a situation like this before,” he said.

“Everyone within the palace structure was too genteel and civil and they were run over by Harry and Meghan.

“They truly believe that they were the victims. They were treated appallingly by the palace management.”

Courtiers claims aides were left so traumatised by the couple, they called themselves the “Sussex Survivors Club”.

They even allegedly branded the former Suits actress – who has vehemently denied previous allegations of bullying – a “narcissistic sociopath” and said they “were played” by her and Harry.

Low wrote: “Sources say the team came up with a damning epithet for Meghan: a ‘narcissistic sociopath’.

“They also reportedly said on repeated occasions: ‘We were played.’”

The bombshell book also alleges Meghan’s “harsh” treatment of aides and disputes between other royals.

Other anecdotes claim that Meghan even complained “I can’t believe I’m not getting paid for this” during the royal tour in Australia.
