Prince William spills on George’s adorable habit

With his mum and dad away on a royal tour, eight-year-old Prince George has a very cute way of staying close to them.

While Prince William and Kate Middleton enjoy an eight-day tour of the Caribbean, the devoted parents are missing their three children with Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 6 and Prince Louis, 3, remaining at home with their nanny Maria Borrallo.

But the Duke of Cambridge yesterday revealed the sweet thing George does to keep track of his parents while they’re away, reports The Sun.

Speaking about his eldest during a reception held to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee at the Mayan ruins at Cahal Pech, the Duke told guests his son is always keen to find out about different parts of the world.

“We let them know where we are and he finds us on the map and puts a pin in it and shares with the others,” William said.

At the reception, the Duchess stunned in a pink metallic dress, designed by Vampire’s Wife, and accessorised with a Maya embroidered bag.

The couple met community leaders, well-known Belizeans and members of Government, including Prime Minister Johnny Briceno.

Earlier yesterday, the royals drank from huge water vines as the pair met British and Belizean soldiers working side-by-side at the British Army Training Support Unit (BATSUB).

It was a return visit for William, 39, who spent time there with the Welsh guards at the start of his gap year in 2000.

The visit also presented an opportunity for him to reunite with his former Academy sergeant major at Sandhurst who now runs the jungle unit.

William and Kate spent more than an hour-and-a-half being taken on a crash course in survival techniques which are taught to British soldiers who spend six to eight weeks in the Belize jungle as part of their training.

The Cambridges will now fly to Jamaica, the next stop on their Caribbean tour.
