Prince Harry has been spotted in a candid display near his home in Montecito.
The Duke of Sussex, 38, was photographed breaking a sweat as he left a gym in Santa Barbara over the weekend.
The father-of-two wore a black T-shirt, shorts and a California cap for the workout session.
Harry was also seen wearing his wedding band, despite his wife Meghan Markle being sighted without her engagement ring during her most recent public outings.
It comes after Harry announced he would be returning to the UK on the eve of the first anniversary of the Queen’s death.
Last week, he shared that he would be attending the WellChild Awards, of which he’s a patron, in London on September 7.
While it’s not known if Meghan, 41, will join Harry in London, the couple are travelling to Germany together for the Invictus Games, which kicks off September 9.
This leaves little room for Harry to reunite with the royal family, given his father King Charles III is currently staying in Balmoral, Scotland.
The Duke’s schedule appears to be free on September 8 – which marks exactly one year on from the death of his grandmother. But a royal insider told The MirrorHarry had no plans to see his family.
“While some may suggest it would be good order for the family to settle their differences, perhaps even in the late queen’s memory, things are a long way off,” a source told the publication.
Harry hasn’t seen since his father since the coronation in May, and even then, it was reported he spent no time with Charles or his brother Prince William during the brief trip.
Harry and Meghan previously attended the WellChild Awards side-by-side in 2018 and 2019. They also planned to attend last year, however, they were forced to withdraw their attendance following news of the Queen’s death.
