Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘psychodrama’ to get worse
Harry and Meghan’s “psychodrama” is about to get nastier after he left Charles’ coronation “very angry”, a royal biographer claims.
The “psychodrama” swirling around the Sussexes is tipped “to get worse”, according to a royal biographer.
Prince Harry attended his father King Charles’ historic coronation without his wife Meghan and young children, Princess Lilibet, 23 months, and Prince Archie, whose fourth birthday coincidentally fell on the same day as the ceremony.
The royal was relegated to the third row, two rows behind his brother, Prince William.
Meanwhile, the former Suits actress was spotted hiking with friends in California.
Speaking on the UK TV program Dan Wootton Tonight, royal author Tom Bower called Meghan’s recent outing on coronation day a “stunt” and predicted the Sussexes will plot something that will “really hit” the monarchy.
“I think Harry went back pretty angry,” he said.
“What really worries me is that the royal family is now a moving target, a soft touch.
“Charles showed that he won’t answer back so whatever is thrown at him, he’s just going to take it now. This is a real danger now.”
Harry was suitably low-key and largely hidden during the coronation events. He was not seen interacting at all with his dad or brother before jetting back to the US.
The estranged Prince missed the coronation lunch, street parties and a concert to honour the newly crowned King.
Mr Bower claimed the Duke was angry because he was expecting the royal family to “apologise” to him.
“He [Harry] expects in his naive, stupid way to think that somehow it’s all going to fall his way,” he said.
“On the way back across the Atlantic, he’ll have realised it hasn’t gone his way and think ‘What can I do to make their life really even more difficult and embarrass them?’
“I think he will take comfort, as will unfortunately Meghan, from those who say the balcony was too ‘white’.
“They will take comfort that somehow they’re above, thrown in the racist, erm...” he started before being cut off by Wootton who said: “Well, ITV said it was ‘terribly white’.”
Harry and Meghan’s relationship with his family members have worsened since the pair stepped down as senior royals in 2020.
Harry’s recent trip to London marked his first time visiting his family since he blasted them in the Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan, and his bombshell memoir, Spare.
In the explosive tell-all, the Duke claimed Charles joked that he was not Harry’s biological father, detailed his physical fight with William and painted an unflattering picture of his stepmother, Queen Camilla.
