Prince Harry and Meghan Markle play with young fans on second day of Ireland tour

THE Duke and Duchess of Sussex couldn’t help but switch into playful mode on their royal tour when this adorable young footballer showed up.

PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle have clearly charmed the locals during their whirlwind two-day tour of Ireland.

The schedule for their first official overseas trip as a married couple has been absolutely jam-packed — but the royal newlyweds still made time to play with their cute young fans.

On Wednesday, Harry and Meghan were at Croke Park — home of the Gaelic Athletic Association — to meet some young footballers … including little Walter Cullen.

The adorable three-year-old was seen blowing kisses to Meghan, before Harry jokingly wagged his finger at him in a mock reprimand.

As she played with Walter, the Duchess of Sussex looked stunning in a black pant suit by Givenchy and white T-shirt, paired with a Givenchy clutch. She also bravely took on the soft grass field with her black leather Sarah Flint pumps.

The pair giggled together and the cute little boy then held her hand as his amused father watched on.

He also went in for a stroke of Meghan’s glossy hair, which she’d styled in loose waves for the occasion.

As well as spending time with Walter, the royals mingled with plenty of the other excited kids who’d shown up to meet them.

Earlier, Harry and Meghan had kicked off the final day of their two-day tour of Ireland with a meeting with President Michael D. Higgins and wife Sabina Coyne’s at the Irish leader’s official residence in Dublin.

The couple’s two bernese mountain dogs were also clearly thrilled by the royal visit.

After spending some quality time with the First Pets, the Duke and Duchess then had a busy morning of official duties, including ringing the Peace Bell — designed to mark the tenth anniversary of the Belfast Agreement.

As she met with officials, Meghan looked stunning in a soft grey fitted dress by her good friend, designer Roland Mouret. She accessorised with a Fendi black leather tote, suede black pumps and diamond earrings.

Later in the day, the royals were taken to the Famine Memorial on the banks of the River Liffey, which commemorates the Great Famine of the mid-19th century.

They also visited the Irish Emigration Museum, in the former Custom House Quay, and the Dogpatch startup hub before heading home in time to catch the World Cup semi-final match between England and Croatia.
